When you step through our doors on a Thematic Night, the world outside fades away. You’re greeted by warm lighting, soft Spanish melodies 🎶, and the aroma of olive oil and roasted peppers filling the air. The décor changes with every theme — sometimes rustic Andalusian charm, other times vibrant Catalan color. Each evening tells a different story, and you’re the guest of honor.

Andalusian Night: The Passion of the South 🔥

One of our most beloved events, Andalusian Night, celebrates the sun-soaked south of Spain — home of flamenco, olive groves, and vibrant cuisine.

The evening begins with a glass of chilled Sangria Roja 🍷, garnished with fresh citrus and cinnamon. As the guitar starts strumming in the background, servers bring out gazpacho shots — cool, tomato-rich sips that awaken the appetite.

Then comes the feast:

• 🦐 Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp) — sizzling in olive oil and chili.

• 🍅 Salmorejo Cordobés — a richer cousin of gazpacho, topped with Iberian ham and boiled egg.

• 🍗 Pollo al Chilindrón — chicken stewed in peppers and wine, full of depth and color.

• 🍮 And for dessert, flan de naranja — a creamy orange custard that melts in your mouth.

As the night unfolds, a flamenco dancer takes the stage 💃, her movements fierce and fluid, her rhythm echoing the heartbeat of Andalusia. Guests sip, smile, and sway along. It’s a performance that blurs the line between dining and theater.

Basque Country Feast: A Taste of the North 🌿

Our Basque Country Dinner is all about earthy, rustic flavors and lively spirit. The Basque region is known for its love of small bites — pintxos — and we recreate that energy right here in Budapest 🇭🇺.

Imagine a long wooden bar lined with colorful plates: anchovy skewers, roasted peppers, mini tortillas, and spiced meatballs. The scent of cider 🍏 fills the air, poured the traditional way — from high above the glass for extra sparkle!

Guests mingle, chat, and sample dozens of pintxos, each bite bursting with flavor. For mains, we serve Bacalao a la Vizcaína (codfish in tomato sauce) and Txuleton, a Basque-style grilled steak that’s as hearty as it is delicious.

The night ends with laughter and music, as guests toast with Patxaran, a sweet aniseed liqueur that warms the soul.

Mediterranean Summer: Light, Fresh, and Joyful ☀️

In summer, we host Mediterranean Nights, a celebration of sunshine and sea. The menu focuses on light dishes that let the ingredients shine — think grilled sardines, roasted vegetables, olive tapenade, and our famous seafood paella 🥘.

Guests dine under string lights, often in our open-air terrace, surrounded by citrus scents and the hum of conversation. The playlist features soft acoustic guitars and waves of laughter as pitchers of white sangria make their rounds 🍋.

It’s an evening that feels like a holiday — casual, refreshing, and full of joy.
