Saboré was born from a love of gastronomy, travel, and connection. From Moroccan spices to Mediterranean sunshine, from Asian street markets to European wine regions, every dish tells a story of discovery, joy, and sharing. Our tapas are inspired by journeys across five continents, prepared with depth and soul, and created to be enjoyed with friends, laughter, and a good glass of wine. Saboré is the fruit of the travels of Nassima from Morocco and Robert from Hungary — two explorers of flavor who have visited more than 100 countries in search of taste, inspiration, and human connection. From the souks of Marrakech to the markets of Bangkok, from Spanish bodega cellars to the wine regions of Argentina, they collected not only recipes, but memories, friendships, and a deep belief in the cultural power of food. The Spanish tapas concept — small plates designed for sharing — inspired them to create Saboré: Tapas del Mundo: a place where global flavors, excellent wines, and the joy of discovering life come together.
